A. These are like phone cards. They have a code on the back that you use in the payment section. You can buy these from our partners, for the normal price.
A. We believe the test measures your skills well. If you think your level is either too high or too low, please try 2 or 3 lessons to be sure. If after this you still think you are in the wrong level, please email us. You will not receive a refund, but we might change your level.
A. Do the Free Lesson and then do the Placement Test. You will then receive an email with your login information and the Unit you will start in. From there you go back to the site, pay for your Unit and then begin to study.
A. After you pay, you will do the Placement Test. It will test your English skills, and will put you in the right level. You do not have to guess your level!
A. We have put the most popular languages on the homepage. When more students who speak your language visit Englishlink, we can put your language on the website.
A. When we receive the test score, we put you in the next Unit. Once you are moved to the new Unit, the lessons you did are no longer available. You will receive an email with your new Unit, and then you pay for it like you did the first time.
A. If you do not get 60% on the Unit test, you can do it again. Before you re-do the test, please review your notes and do a few lessons again if you need to.
A. If you have a question, please go the Lesson Q & A Board at the end of the lesson and see if another student has asked that question before. If someone has, the answer will be there. If not, you can email the teacher.
