come across = to find something unexpectedly

“I came across a great article on Peru. I’ll read it before I go.”

come through = do what you say you will /  fulfil a need

“The bank came through and gave me the car loan.”

come up with – create a plan / have an idea

“Our sales manager finally came up with a great way to increase revenue.”
