If your first Englishlink unit of study has not improved your English skills, and you want a refund, please send an email to myteacher@englishlink.com with your full name, and asking for a refund. Please tell us why you think you have not learned anything.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request for a refund within 3 months of your purchase date, and you have completed all 11 Lessons and the Final Unit Test.
The Money-Back Guarantee is only available for purchases made on the Englishlink website by credit card or PayPal. Sorry, we do not refund International Money Wires.
