The Placement Test is a reliable measure of your ability.
Englishlink placed you in a level based on your test score.
To this end, refunds will not be issued based on complaints of being in an incorrect level. If you believed your level was not correct, it was your responsibility to inform Englishlink before you paid for the Unit.
However, we will consider changing your level based on an assessment of the situation.
Refunds will only be issued if the website is not able to offer viable service as a result of the provider, not the user.
